Customer Support Associate (Part-Time)

Location: All Sport Arena – St. Augustine, FL

 

Rate: $12 - $15 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 20+ hours per week

Position Overview:
All Sport Arena is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Support Associate to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and smooth check-in process. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and ready to take on a variety of tasks, including front desk operations, facility upkeep, and assisting with day-to-day duties to ensure our arena remains clean and inviting for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet members and guests with a welcoming attitude.

    • Check-in members, process payments, and assist with membership inquiries.

    • Answer phones and respond to emails promptly, addressing customer questions and concerns.

    • Assist with scheduling courts, esports stations, and other bookings via our facility management software.

  • Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and addressing member concerns with a positive attitude.

    • Assist in promoting upcoming events, tournaments, and programs to guests.

    • Handle general inquiries about the facility, programs, memberships, and more.

  • Facility Maintenance:

    • Ensure the facility, including the front desk, bathrooms, and courts, are clean and well-maintained.

    • Regularly clean and restock restrooms, sweep courts, and maintain a clean front desk area.

    • Monitor and report any facility issues (e.g., court damage or equipment malfunctions) to management.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, and attendance.

    • Assist in managing inventory for front desk supplies, merchandise, and concessions.

    • Process refunds or adjustments as needed.

  • Event & Program Support:

    • Assist in setting up and breaking down for events, tournaments, or special programs.

    • Help monitor court reservations and esports station bookings to ensure smooth operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

  • Ability to multitask and handle busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform light cleaning tasks (sweeping, restocking, etc.).
